We are looking for a Customer Care Coordinator for Chery who will work closely with the Aftersales and Customer Care team to ensure the daily effectiveness of the overall department. The candidate will thus, be a key member of the Chery Aftersales team in ensuring that key outputs are delivered effectively and efficiently. To be successful in this role, the candidate will assist the Customer Relations Manager in all areas of customer care elements and activities. They will need a creative skillset that enables them to brainstorm new initiatives. Ultimately, the candidate will ensure that their area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to the company’s success in the long run.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department.
  • Be responsible for the timely delivery of different communications, including research material through tracking and feedback activity.
  • Responsible for the various Chery/ Omoda Social Media activities, responses, and feedback.
  • Assist with call centre activities – dealing with incoming customer complaints and queries.
  • Support with project and event executions
  • Provide support and assistance with any additional tasks requested by Management.

Experience and Qualifications


  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience related to customer care.
  • Automotive industry experience is essential.
